Q. Is there a brochure that explains and shows the Ener-Chi Art pictures and other products created by Andreas Moritz?
A. Unfortunately, at this time, any information about Andreas’ products is only available through this website. Ener-Chi Art pictures are described and can be viewed here.
Q. Do the Ener-Chi Ionized Stones or Ener-Chi Art pictures lose their charge or energy over time?
A. No, nothing that you do diminishes the charge and effect of the Ener-Chi Ionized Stones or Ener-Chi Art pictures.
Q. How often should I view the Ener-Chi Art pictures to receive the full benefits?
A. The benefits occur within 30 – 45 seconds of viewing a picture and last for several weeks. However, the benefits increase with repeated viewing (cumulative effect). You may view each picture every day or every couple of days, from half a minute to any length of time you choose. There are no negative side effects.
We respectfully ask that you do NOT send us health-related inquiries. Our staff is not qualified to answer health questions and we do not respond to such questions.
However the Ener-Chi team has put together a Data Bank of Health-related Q&A for the benefit of everyone. It contains thousands of questions that Andreas has answered personally in the past, and these are compiled from his emails, curezone forum and other sources. Q. If I don’t have a credit card, can I pay with electronic check?
A. Sorry, but we had to remove this option because of too many bounced checks.
Q. Can I use my PayPal account to make a purchase?
A. No, we do not accept PayPal for payments due to professional issues we had with them in the past.
Q. Is your website secure? Can I trust it with using my credit card information?
A. At the Ener-Chi Wellness Center we value your privacy and security. To protect you and your personal information, this site uses industry standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) for data encryption prior to transmission.
When you enter the Check-out areas of the site, all data is encrypted using SSL prior to transmission. (Note the “http:” in your browser address bar changes to “https” when you enter a secure area of the site. This denotes transmission-using SSL.)
You can be confident in knowing that our website is a verified Authorize.Net merchant and is also verified by Sitelock for being spam and malware free. There are
two security seals at the bottom of the page from which you can verify this.
Refund / Return Policy
If the item you received is not what you ordered, we will give you a complete refund including the cost of shipping both ways. Wrongly shipped items must be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order to receive full credit. Please follow the policies below to be sure to receive your refund.
If the item received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 36 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and receipt for full credit, including the cost of shipping both ways. Damage that occurs during shipping is beyond our control and cannot be refunded unless the order was shipped by and arrived via UPS. In that case your order is insured up to $100 USD. Damage in shipping must be reported within 36 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. Please keep the original packaging and paperwork for processing claims. Please follow the policies outlined below (Return Instructions) to be sure to receive your refund.
Because the loss of a package is beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for it. To recap: No refunds can be issued for lost shipments, except for those shipped via UPS.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase (but it is not defective), you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and we will refund your original purchase price (the value of the item) minus shipping. A restocking fee of 15% also applies. However, this return policy does not apply to books: once a book has been opened or read, we can no longer resell it. Please follow the policies outlined below (Return Instructions) to be sure to receive your refund.
Important Return Instructions:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns and await further instructions. If we receive a return that is not authorized, we may be unable to refund your money.
- We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after delivery.
- For a full refund to apply, items must be in their original condition with their original packaging.
- If items are damaged or lost on their return trip to us, we cannot issue a refund. We recommend that you insure your package just in case.
- In your return package, please include your order number, name and address (a copy of the invoice works best), as well as a note or letter letting us know that you are requesting a refund. Please include your authorization number and reasons for the return.
- When we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the purchased item(s) minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges (via the credit or debit card method that you originally used for payment) and send you an e-mail notification.

Because many customer requests for various US Postal Service (USPS) delivery methods, we have decided to reintroduce the major USPS shipping methods to our existing shipping options. Although it has been our experience that the majority of packages shipped via USPS arrive on time, there have occasionally been some major delays and, in some instances, packages were lost altogether.
USPS has cancelled their delivery confirmation service for First Class (1st) International and Priority Mail International, so we have no way of verifying/tracking delivery for packages shipped with either of these methods to countries outside the U.S.
If you prefer a guaranteed, traceable and insured ($100 USD) delivery, please select the UPS Ground option. Thank you.
Wondering When Your Order Will Arrive?
Standard: Within 7 business days of your order submission. Orders may ship in separate packages and may ship either UPS ground or US Mail (US Postal Service: USPS).
Expedited Service: Within 5 business days of your order submission via Priority Mail (by USPS) or UPS.
Alaska or Hawaii: Within 7 business days via Priority Mail (by USPS).
Outside the U.S.: Within 2 weeks, although Customs can hold up packages for even longer, especially those shipped to Canada and Spain. Packages ship via USPS Mail, either standard or expedited.
Shipping charges will be added to your order during Check-out process on this website. Shipping charges are based on all items going to the same address and will ship via either USPS or UPS.
Order Notification: The great majority of our orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Most orders will receive an e-mail notification when their order ships, which includes tracking information (unless sent via standard shipping, such as First (1st) Class and First (1st) Class International). Sometimes spam filters and certain Internet servers block these notifications and they are lost. (Please check you spam box for your order confirmation.)
Note that tracking/confirmation numbers included for orders shipped via USPS Mail are not very useful (and sometimes they do not work at all); they are really just for delivery confirmation purposes.
Since 2007, the US Postal Service no longer provides tracking information for packages sent via the least expensive (and slowest) shipping method, First (1st) Class International Mail, once the package has left the USA – only the US Domestic part of the shipping is traceable with this shipping method, with the tracking number provided. Thus, we are only able to access the US part of any tracking information.
We promptly ship out orders but, unfortunately, we have no control over the length of time it may take for this slowest and least expensive shipping method to arrive in your country. Thank you for your understanding over things we have no authority or control (e.g., shipping time, processing through Customs, holiday slowdowns, etc.).
Based on our experience, we have found that it takes about 1-2 weeks for an order sent via First (1st) Class International Mail to arrive in the EU (but half as long, or less, when shipped via Priority International Mail); 4-8+ weeks to Mexico and Central and South America; and anywhere from 6-12 weeks for orders shipped to Asia or Australia.
In the unlikely event that your package is returned to us, we will immediately let you know and refund the amount per our return policy.
International Orders & Shipments
Packages with destinations outside the continental US may be subject to customs fees or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Ener-Chi Wellness Center has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be since customs policies vary widely from country to country. These charges are not included in the product price.
Wholesaler / Discounts
Q. Are Andreas’ books available at a discount/wholesale price?
A. Yes. The best way to sign up for the wholesale discount is visit the wholesale page of this website (or click link at the bottom right of the website). A minimum order of 10 items of any is required to qualify for the wholesaler’s discount kind (e.g., books, other items listed on the wholesale page, or a combination of books and other products listed on the wholesale page). There is a further 10% discount when you order 50 or more books or other items listed on the wholesale page.
Q. Besides his books, are the Ener-Chi Art pictures and Ionized Stones also available at a wholesale discount?
A. Yes, but to receive the discount you will need to sign up and qualify for wholesale status at the wholesale page.
Q. Is it possible to get a discount if I order just a few books?
A. No. To receive the wholesaler’s discount, you need to order a total of 10 books or more, and have signed up as a wholesaler with us.
