Although you may think you have found the best medicine for your particular health condition, you will not truly be healed unless you stop creating or maintaining its causes. The law of cause and effect applies to everything in life. You may succeed in stopping the symptoms of an illness, but this will only force your body to push the toxic substances into its ‘deeper’ structures, including the tissues of the organs, joints and bones. Since suppressing toxins makes them ‘disappear’ from the network of general circulation, the body’s ability to tolerate them seems to improve temporarily.

This, of course, gives you the leeway to hold on to even more toxins without developing any obvious signs of ill health. If the first lines of the body’s defense system were still intact, the body would readily deal with this buildup of toxins by manifesting a cold, a fever or an infection. You would actually feel quite ill. If none of these occur, however, you may believe that you are doing quite well, health-wise, and you are able to get on with your life in the usual manner. Then suddenly, without much warning, an even larger wave of toxicity is unleashed. A typical example of such a crisis is the sudden heart attack or stroke. Many victims of such an attack claim that they have always been “perfectly healthy”.

Most serious and life-threatening diseases usually begin with minor problems, such as a simple irritation of the mucus lining in the stomach. This can be caused by overeating, abrasive foods and beverages, or emotional stress. If one’s food is too heavy or difficult to digest, the stomach passes some of its hydrochloric acid upward into the esophagus, which gives rise to the sensation of ‘heartburn’. A whooping 60 million Americans experience heartburn at least once a month. Over 16 million are plagued by it daily.

Contrary to common belief, heartburn or acid reflux is not caused by too much stomach acid, but by too little of it. Because of an insufficient supply of hydrochloric acid, food remains undigested in the stomach for too long, causing stomach upset. As the acid makes its way into the esophagus, it starts to digest the lining of this delicate structure – hence, the burning sensation.

You can easily test whether your digestive problems are related to too little stomach acid. Eat some fresh ginger with a pinch of salt or cayenne pepper before your meal. This will stimulate acid production. If that doesn’t help, a common acid supplement called betaine hydrochloride (HCI) may work. (Avoid HCI, however, if you have an ulcer) If either of these methods alleviates your symptoms, you will know that your heartburn problem is due to too little stomach acid. To improve digestive functions on a permanent basis, and to solve the problem of low stomach acid, cleanse your liver and intestines and avoid foods that are difficult to digest, such as meat and fried or processed foods. When food is not digested properly, vitamins and nutrients are not absorbed, leaving you susceptible to a host of degenerative diseases.

If the irritation of the stomach lining occurs more frequently because of regular consumption of coffee, soft drinks, sports drinks, sugar, chocolate, meat, nicotine, alcohol, drugs, and other unhealthful items, it may lead to a fully developed inflammation. Unless the person’s lifestyle and diet are altered to eliminate these irritating substances, an ulcer will form. Incapable of removing the daily generated metabolic waste, cellular debris and toxic food particles from the area of the ulcer lesions, the stomach cells can no longer perform their normal activities. While suffocating in such an unnatural and toxic environment, the body must take recourse to unusual survival mechanisms. The most affected stomach cells may be forced to alter their genes through what is known as ‘cell mutation’. It may seem that these mutating, ‘out-of-control’ cells have lost their awareness of being an integral part of the body. However, just like everything the body does, the alteration of the genetic programs of these cells serves a useful purpose, that of removing and absorbing some of the acidic metabolic waste products and other harmful material. This symptom of disease is called cancer, which is just another name for the body’s herculean effort to deal with the constant irritation and poisoning of its cells. Thus, stomach cancer is a natural response to a continuous irritation of stomach cells.

Most currently used medical treatments target only the symptoms of disease, as if they were the disease itself. The prevailing concept is to remove the symptoms in the hope that the disease will disappear as well. In many cases, the use of sophisticated diagnostic tools can precisely identify the symptoms of a disease, which could be a stomach ulcer, cataract of the eyes, stones in the gallbladder, or a tumor in the uterus. The ‘treatment’ may consist of cutting out the ‘culprit’, along with the affected organ in far too many cases. The patient is sent home under the impression that he has been cured. Not being aware of what has caused his problems in the first place, his body may turn into a living time bomb. To date, the purely clinical approach of diagnosis has not been able to identify the causal factors for over 80 percent of all diseases. This is perhaps the biggest drawback of today’s medical system.

Searching for the root causes of illness is not a focus in medical training. Hence, we cannot blame medical professionals for the current crisis in medical care. In addition, doctors are often pressured by their patients to act as ‘legalized drug pushers’ or ‘symptom hunters’. Many patients practically demand that their doctor remove their symptoms of ill health quickly and by any available means, so they can get on with their lives. They don’t realize that this behavior drives them ever closer to another, more intensified toxicity crisis. Added to this dilemma, the side effects that accompany most existing treatments are often so severe that it is questionable whether they are justified at all. This is particularly true when they are used for relatively minor problems.

Is Meat Natural For Humans?

Vegetarians have long been warned that they are not getting enough of the essential proteins humans are supposed to eat on a daily basis. It is well known that the 8 amino acids making up these proteins can be found in a simple meal of rice and beans or in one serving of the supergrain chia.

Rice contains the amino acids that are missing in beans, and beans contain the amino acids missing in rice; chia has all 16 amino acids and more of them than are contained in meat. Although many more meat-free foods contain these proteins than there are types of meat, meat as a source of protein is still considered to be the better option. The fact that eating too much protein is linked to many more serious health problems than eating too little protein is only rarely, if at all, considered in the protein discussion.

Typical disorders caused by the overconsumption of protein are osteoporosis, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer. By contrast, those who never eat animal protein as contained in meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products, have very low rates of these diseases and don’t suffer from protein deficiency either, provided they eat adequate amounts of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and a few nuts and seeds.

No scientific evidence exists that indicates a protein deficiency in people who never eat animal protein, such as me and billions of others. By contrast, our modern societies consume at least 50 percent more protein than they actually need. We may not be suffering from a lack of protein at all, regardless whether this relates to essential or nonessential amino acids, but from an overconsumption of protein. By filling up the connective tissues of our body with unused protein, we turn the body into an overflowing pool of harmful acids and waste, thereby laying a fertile ground for disease, including arteriosclerosis and bacterial or viral infections. To consider meat a natural food for humans is, therefore, more than farfetched, especially when it is known to kill so many people.

At the root of the problem lies man’s inability to properly break down meat protein into amino acids. Chunks of undigested meat pass into the intestinal tract and, along with them, parasites. Most of these parasites, also known as intestinal flukes, can neither be destroyed by the heat applied during cooking nor by human stomach acid. Carnivorous animals, on the other hand, kill these parasites instantly while the meat is passing through their stomach. This is because their stomachs produce twenty times more hydrochloric acid than ours do. This massive amount of acid helps the animal break down the meat proteins into their essential components. If a healthy young man eats a piece of meat, he may be able to digest 25 percent of it. By contrast, carnivorous animals can digest almost the whole thing, including bones and fibrous tissue. Parasites and other bugs cannot survive this acid ‘assault’.

The main digestive work in carnivorous animals takes place in the stomach and not in the small intestine. Meat stays in their relatively short intestinal tract for only a little while. Our small intestine, which is about 5-6 meters long (16-20 feet), processes most natural foods within several hours. Meat, however, may stay in the small intestine for as long as 20-48 hours, by which time much of it is putrefied or decomposed. The rotting process results in the generation of the meat poisons cadaverine, putrescine, amines and other highly toxic substances.

These poisons begin to act as pathogens (causal factors of disease) in the body. Many of them end up in the lymphatic system, causing lymph congestion as well as fluid and fat buildup, first in the mid-section of the body, and eventually throughout the body. Since the remnants of undigested meat can accumulate and be kept in the large intestinal walls of humans for 20-30 years or longer, it is not surprising that colon cancer is highly prevalent among meat-eaters but virtually non-existent among carnivorous animals and vegetarians. Colon cancer, in most cases, is just another name for constant poisoning through putrefying meat. While being digested, meat is known to generate steroid metabolites possessing carcinogenic (cancer-producing) properties. In other words, even if you were able to digest meat properly or ate ‘healthy’ meat from free-range and non-grain-fed cattle, you would still increase your risk of colon cancer.

The kidneys, which extract waste products from the blood, also suffer from the overload of meat poisons, consisting mostly of nitrogenous wastes. Even moderate meat-eaters demand three times more work from their kidneys than vegetarians do. Young people generally may still be able to cope with this form of stress, but as they grow older, the risk of kidney damage increases greatly.

After many years of regular meat consumption, the body may suddenly succumb to the flood of poisonous substances emanating from undigested meat. A research study conducted in Germany showed that middle-aged people who consumed meat in the evening were more prone to suffer a heart attack the next morning than those who didn’t. Too many proteins entering the blood can thicken it and drastically cut oxygen supplies to the heart and other vital organs, such as the brain.

Animal cells, unlike plant cells that have a rigid cell wall and a simple circulatory system, die very rapidly once they are cut off from their blood supply. When the animal dies, its cell proteins begin to thicken and harden (coagulation), and destructive enzymes immediately begin to break down the cells. This, in turn, results in the formation of a degenerative substance called ptomaine, which is a known cause of many diseases. Cellular destruction occurs in the cells of all types of dead animal flesh, as well as chicken and fish. All meat products have already been poisoned with decomposed and putrefied protein. A dead animal, bird or fish is no longer ‘fresh’. Regardless of what you do with it, you cannot bring it back to life or turn it into living food for your body. Putrefaction and bacterial growth start immediately after death and are very advanced by the time the meat is several days or weeks old, as is the case by the time it is offered for sale in most grocery stores or meat markets.

Whether it is E. coli, other bacteria, or enzymes acting on the dead ingested protein, they effectively send the body’s immune system on a ‘mission of war’, hence, the stimulating effect of meat. Depending on one’s physical resources and immune capacity, the body may eventually get overwhelmed by the influx of virulent poisons and destructive germs and begin to signal ‘dis-ease’. Those with the weakest immune system are usually the first to suffer from meat poisoning.

Yes, food can actually turn into deadly poison and kill someone! The kinds of poisons resulting from the putrefaction (decomposition) of meat or fish in the body are some of the most powerful found in the natural world. Many of the hundreds of thousands of fragile, elderly people lying in hospitals today will die unnecessarily simply because they are given meat or fish to eat – an impossible feat for the digestive system to handle after surgery, a heart attack or during treatment for a chronic illness. Often constipated, these patients do not succumb to their illness; rather, they die from rotting flesh sitting in their gastrointestinal tract and releasing cadaverine, putrescine, amines and parasites into their digestive system.

Man’s entire anatomy (jaw, teeth, digestive system, hands and feet), not unlike that of a gorilla or orangutan, shows that he must have evolved for millions of years living on fruits, grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Before the last sudden pole shift and ice age, no humans inhabited the cold regions of the world. They all lived in the warm, tropical places where plant foods were plentiful and accessible. But suddenly, without warning, the formerly tropical areas of Siberia and the Arctic region experienced a massive drop in temperature. Animals froze to death within a moment while still chewing on tropical fruit. Such animals were recently found fully intact with the fruit still in their mouth, thousands of years later. The deep freeze occurred so quickly that they didn’t even have the chance to swallow the fruit they were eating. Those humans and animals that happened to live in other tropical areas of the world experienced more moderate climate shifts and thus survived the sudden start of the ice age. However, they had to learn to live with the seasons as we know them today. During the cold seasons, they had no other option but to kill animals for food. This is when hunting and meat-eating became a necessity. Yet this has nothing to do with the original constitutional design of the human body. Furthermore, meat-eating is not somehow programmed into certain blood types, as the promoters of the blood type diet would have us believe.

Non-carnivorous animals, including the human animal, have long bowels, designed for the slow digestion of nutrient-rich vegetables and fruits. Our dental structure is only conducive to the cutting of fruits and vegetables with incisors (think of how useful they are when you eat an apple) and to the grinding/chewing of nuts, grains and seeds with the help of molars. Our short, dull canines have no real capacity for slashing or tearing meat. We have, indeed, nothing in our anatomy that compares with the sharp claws of a tiger or an eagle. The human hand with its opposable thumb is better suited for harvesting fruits and vegetables than to killing prey. Had it been in our nature to eat flesh, we, too would have been equipped with the same or similar hunting faculties as carnivorous animals.

What Do Vaccines Really Contain?

Getting the disease for which you receive the vaccine, such as mumps, may actually be a blessing for the afflicted and bestow true immunity to the disease. This may account for some of the disease-preventing effects of vaccines that have been witnessed in a small number of vaccinated individuals. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the vaccinated population doesn’t fall sick. If it did, vaccination could actually have some value. However, if an adjuvant such as aluminum or squalene is added to the vaccine, which is now typical for most vaccines, it can cause your immune system to overreact to the introduction of the organism you are being vaccinated against.

On such occasions, the human body is helpless against the foreign material and is overwhelmed by the antigens and the resulting overreaction of the immune system. This often gives rise to debilitating symptoms (among the agents most often introduced through vaccines is thimerosal, which is linked to neurological damage in the brain), crippling side effects and even life-threatening conditions.

Despite documented evidence that links vaccination to disease and injury, modern medicine insists that vaccines are a type of ‘health insurance’. But just so you know your facts, here is a brief look at what these chemicals contain.

Antigen: At the crux of every vaccine is the disease-causing microorganism or pathogen against which immunity is sought to be induced.

Preservatives: Preservatives are used to increase the shelf-life of a vaccine by preventing bacteria and fungi from invading it. In the US, the FDA allows the use of three preservatives: phenol, 2-phenoxyethanol and thimerosal.

Adjuvants: Adjuvants enhance the body’s immune response immediately after the vaccine is introduced. Though highly dangerous and known to even cause cytokine storms that lead to swift death, pharma companies continue to use adjuvants as ‘boosters’ in their vaccines.

Another compelling reason for the use of adjuvants is that these chemicals, by turbo-charging vaccines, allow drug companies to use less of the antigen in each dose so that they can make more doses. Do the math: More doses means bigger profits.

Aluminum salts are the most widely used adjuvants employed by drug manufacturers. They include: aluminum phosphate, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate and potassium aluminum sulfateor simply alum.

Till recently, aluminum salts were the only adjuvants vaccine-makers in the US were allowed to use. However, with the FDA toying with the idea of allowing squalene as an adjuvant, there is growing alarm that this chemical, which played havoc with US Gulf War veterans, may be licensed for mass use in the US.

Additives or Stabilizing Agents: Stabilizing agents protect vaccines from getting damaged or losing their efficacy under certain conditions such as freeze-drying and heat. They also prevent the antigen from sticking to the side of the vaccine vial, and the components of the vaccine from separating.

Common additives include sugars such as sucrose and lactose; amino acids such as glycine, monosodium glutamate; and proteins such as gelatin or human serum albumin.

Concerns regarding these additives center around the use of gelatin, human serum albumin and material derived from bovines, especially cows. While gelatin is suspected to precipitate hypersensitivity reactions, human serum albumin (derived from dead human fetuses) could introduce pathogens into the body.

Material taken from cattle came into focus with the outbreak of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy or ‘mad cow disease’ in England in the 1980s.

Residual Agents: Residual agents are used during the production process to inactivate the live pathogen and to culture the virus. They are eventually removed from the vaccine, or at least that is what vaccine-makers claim.

Residual agents include bovine serum (a popular agent used to grow the virus in cell cultures); formaldehyde (used as an inactivating agent); and antibiotics such as neomycin, streptomycin and polymyxin B to prevent bacterial contamination.

Animal Products: Animal products are most frequently used in vaccine production as the medium in which the virus is cultured and grown. They perform two essential functions: they provide nutrition to the pathogen and they provide cell lines that help it replicate to make the millions of doses that are then commercially sold.

Animals whose organs, tissues, blood and serum are commonly used to make vaccines are monkeys, cows, sheep, chickens, pigs and occasionally dogs and rabbits.

Human Products: Human fetal cells (human diploid cells) divide indefinitely and are used to make cell lines that make a virus replicate. For instance, the rubella virus is grown in human tissue culture as the virus is incapable of infecting animals.

After a virus is cultured, the pathogen is purified while removing it from the growth culture. However, traces of genetic material from the culture often remain in the vaccine.

This presents a real and ever-present danger. If the host animal or human being is infected, secondary pathogens are likely to be passed on during vaccination.

This is exactly what happened when the polio vaccine, grown in monkey kidney cells, were later found to be contaminated with the Simian Vacuolating Virus 40 or SV40.

Having looked at the broad categories of components in vaccines, here is a list of some toxic agents (with documented side effects) used in their production.

    • Acetone: Nail polish remover
    • Oil Adjuvants:A neurotoxin linked to Alzheimer’s disease and seizures. It can also precipitate arthritis
    • Formaldehyde: A carcinogenic agent used as an embalming fluid
    • Ethylene Glycol:Antifreeze widely used in car engines
    • Triton X100: A detergent
    • Glycerin: Candamage internal organs such as the lungs, liver and kidneys and gastrointestinal tract
    • Monosodium glutamate (MSG): According to the FDA, MSG Symptom Complex or MSG side effects can result in numbness, burning sensation, tingling, facial pressure or tightness, chest pain, headache, nausea, rapid heartbeat, drowsiness, weakness, and difficulty in breathing for asthmatics. More specifically, studies have shown that MSG can cause arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, rapid heartbeat, palpitations, slow heartbeat, angina, extreme rise or drop in blood pressure, swelling, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, stomach cramps, rectal bleeding, bloating, flu-like achiness, joint pain, stiffness, depression, mood swings, rage reactions, migraine headache, dizziness, light-headedness, loss of balance, disorientation, mental confusion, anxiety, panic attacks, hyperactivity, behavioral problems in children, attention deficit disorders, lethargy, sleepiness, insomnia, numbness or paralysis, seizures, sciatica, slurred speech, chills and shakes, shuddering, blurred vision, difficulty focusing, pressure around eyes, asthma, shortness of breath, chest pain, tightness in the chest, runny nose, sneezing, frequent bladder pain, swelling of the prostate, swelling of the vagina, vaginal spotting, frequent urination, nocturia, hives (may be both internal and external), rash, mouth lesions, temporary tightness or partial paralysis, numbness or tingling of the skin, flushing, extreme dryness of the mouth, face swelling, tongue swelling, bags under eyes
    • Phenol or Carbolic Acid: A lethal toxin used in household and industrial products as a disinfectant as well as a dye
    • Thimerosal (derivative of mercury): A toxic heavy metal used as a preservative. Closely linked to autism, autoimmune diseases and other neuro-developmental disorders
    • Aluminum: A metallic element which, besides damaging the brain in children, can also predispose adults to neurological problems such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia
    • Polysorbate 80 (Tween80™): An emulsifier that can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. In addition, according to a Slovakian study on rats published in the journal Food and Chemical Toxicology in 1993, Tween80 can lead to infertility. Tween80 accelerated the rats’ maturation, prolonged the estrous cycle, decreased the weight of the uterus and ovaries, and caused damage to the lining of the uterus indicative of chronic estrogenic stimulation.

 All this makes me wonder why so many millions of people started to get afflicted with the diseases that are listed as side effects of these toxins after mass vaccinations were introduced into modern societies. Most of these diseases were nearly unheard of before the vaccine-mania began.

Vitamin Euphoria – A Shot in the Dark

Do we need to pop those vitamin pills?

Vitamins seem to be so good for everything. The newly born needs them to grow properly; women take them to be happy; men use them to maintain or increase potency; athletes ingest them to stay fit; and older people take them to become younger or to avoid the flu. Even foods are categorized into good and bad, depending on how many or few many vitamins they contain. Ever since vitamins were produced synthetically they were made available in every drugstore or health shop around the world. Now you don’t have to eat all that vitamin-rich food anymore to stay healthy, all you need is to pop in a couple of those essential vitamin pills a day, or so the advertisements tell you. But if you don’t pay heed to this advice, you are told that you may become vitamin deficient and put your health at risk.

And so we act obediently, out of fear of risking our lives. If you feel tired or suffer from lack of concentration (which could be due to lack of sleep or overeating), you may be prescribed vitamin B pills. Then there is vitamin C if you catch a cold (which could result from stress, working too hard or eating too much junk food). Vitamin E, you are told, helps you prevent a heart attack (so you may no longer need to watch out for the true risk factors of heart disease). Accordingly, we spend billions of dollars on vitamin pills each year to fight off every kind of ill from the common cold to cancer.

Nowadays, artificial vitamins are added to almost every processed food – not because they are so good for you, but because foods that are “enriched” sell better. Cereals, bread, milk, yoghurt, boiled sweets, even dog food with added vitamins leave the supermarket shelves much faster than do those without them. Smokers, meat eaters, sugar addicts, or people who drink too much alcohol can now continue enjoying their self-destructing habits without having to fear the dreaded vitamin deficiency, thanks to the blessed food industry. The magic food supplements have become an insurance policy against poor diet, and nobody has to feel guilty anymore over eating junk food. And on top of that, scientific research suggests that taking large doses of supplements may protect you against disease, even though there is no real evidence to support that claim. As seen in the sales figures, the public believes that the more vitamins you take, the healthier you get.

But are vitamins really so good for your health? Despite the massive amounts of vitamins consumed in modern societies, general health is declining everywhere, except in those countries that still rely mostly on fresh farmed foods. Could the mass consumption of vitamins be even co-responsible for this trend?

Sodium and water are essential to maintain sodium levels and hydrate the body, but too much of either can seriously upset the body’s electrolyte balance. Overconsumption of vitamin A, for example, can cause loss of hair, double vision, headaches, and vomiting in women, all indications of vitamin poisoning. If a woman is pregnant, the supplement can even harm her unborn baby. As we will see, vitamins can even endanger a person’s life.

Vitamin Deficiency – Or Something Else?

In the beginning of the 17th century, Japan was afflicted with a disease, called beriberi, which killed many people. By the year 1860, over one third of Japan’s marines had fallen ill with symptoms of weight loss, frequent heart complaints, loss of appetite, irritability, burning sensations in the feet, lack of concentration, and depression. The symptoms quickly disappeared whenever rice, Japan’s most important staple food, was replaced with other foods.

Thirty years later the Dutch physician Christiaan Eijkman conducted an experiment feeding chicken with white rice. The chicken developed symptoms such as loss of weight, weakness, and signs of nerve infection, which Eijkman interpreted as being beriberi. The symptoms disappeared again when the chicken were fed with brown rice. Soon later Eijkman discovered a few, previously unknown substances within the bran of the whole rice; one of them was named B1. This initiated the era of vitamins.

But, as it turned out, beriberi wasn’t caused by vitamin B1 deficiency. People no longer suffered from beriberi once they discontinued eating rice altogether. It should have been noticed from the beginning that, with “no rice – no vitamin B1 – no beriberi,” the disease must have had other causes than vitamin deficiency. Japanese marine soldiers died within three days after consuming white rice, yet it takes much longer than that to get a B1 deficiency. The origin of this mysterious disease was revealed when in 1891 a Japanese researcher discovered that beriberi is caused by the poison citreoviridine. Citreoviridine is produced by mold in white rice that is stored in filthy and humid environments.

Yet until today, the vitamin B1-beriberi hypothesis is still maintained in medical text books around the world. Although it has never been proved that a B1 deficiency causes such symptoms as fatigue, loss of appetite, exhaustion, depression, irritability, and nerve damage, many patients having these symptoms are told that they have a vitamin-B deficiency. During vitamin B1 trial studies, all the participants complained about the highly monotonous diet they were given; they suffered fatigue and loss of appetite, regardless of whether they received B1 in their diet or not. As soon as they returned to their normal diet, even without B1, the symptoms spontaneously disappeared.

Another B-vitamin is nicotinic acid or also known as niacin. It has become very popular and is now routinely added to many foods. Niacin is supposed to safeguard us against diarrhea, dementia, and the skin disease pellagra. Pellagra is more widespread among people who eat maize, though not everyone who eats maize gets pellagra. Pellagra was found to be caused by food poisoning through spoiled maize. The poison involved has been identified as T2-toxine and is known to disturb niacin metabolism, thus producing pellagra. Besides the great importance given to taking extra niacin today this substance is not really a vitamin at all since it can be produced by the body itself.

Nobody Knows How Much You Need

Governments and international organizations such as the WHO frequently release figures that propose a Daily Ratio of Allowance (DRA) for every vitamin that you supposedly need to stay healthy. The nutritional experts in different countries however, have different opinions about how much of each vitamin your body must have. An American, for example, is supposed to take at least 60mg of vitamin C, whereas a British citizen is considered better off taking only 30mg. A Frenchman can only remain healthy if he consumes 80mg of this vitamin whereas Italians are told they need 45mg. These figures are “adjusted” every few years, although our bodies’ basic nutritional requirements have not changed over the past several thousand years.

Nobody really knows how many vitamins are good for us because the requirements, constitutions, and absorption rates for vitamins differ from person to person. Vitamins need to be digested before they can be made available to the cells and tissues. Once a person’s the digestive ability (AGNI) has diminished due to congestion of liver bile ducts with intrahepatic stones, for example, foods and even vitamins can no longer be digested properly.

When scientists calculate our vitamin requirements, they usually add a 50 percent “safety factor” to the original figures to make certain that we eat enough of them. And because vitamin extraction from food during the digestive process is so much less than 100 percent, these figures are increased one more time. The official methods of analyzing the amount of vitamins we require are inadequate because we simply do not know how much of each vitamin the human physiology needs. The thin, hyper-metabolic Vata body type, for example, may have a far greater need for vitamin B-6 than the heavier-set, hypo-metabolic Kapha type who can never really run out of it.

It is also not known how much of each vitamin is contained in a banana, an apple or a junk of cauliflower. Vitamin contents fluctuate greatly with the size of the fruits, their maturity, the condition of the soil, country of origin, time of harvesting, and the use of pesticides. How many of the vitamins contained in these foods actually end up being utilized by the body depends on the digestive capacity and body-type. All this makes official nutritional figures highly unreliable and speculative.

The vitamin theories originate in the assumption that the human physiology has stores for vitamins that always must be full up in order to saturate the tissues of the body. This assumption, however, has never been proven by scientific research. While calculating human vitamin requirements, nutritional science assumes that the body’s metabolic processes take place at a top speed, which would require plenty of vitamins. Our bodies, however, are not machines that run at top capacity day and night. Most of us are not marathon runners, and even they don’t run for 24 hour’s day after day, month after month, and year after year.

It is very questionable whether the saturation of our body tissues with vitamins is even desirable. We need a certain amount of fatty tissue in our body, but this does not mean we should all be excessively filled with fat. Oxygen, too, is considered vital for all our body’s functioning, yet if its concentration in the air is consistently too high it can cause serious bodily harm. Why should vitamins be an exception? And anyway, vitamin deficiency is…

Rarely Caused by Lack of Vitamins

In the majority of cases, a vitamin deficiency does not occur because of insufficient vitamin intake in the diet. A vitamin deficiency is rather caused by a congested capillary network that is unable to diffuse sufficient amounts of the vitamins into the intercellular fluids. This can have a number of reasons, overeating protein foods being one of the major ones.

A diet rich in protein foods, such as meat, fish, pork, cheese, milk, etc., will eventually block the basal membrane (BM) of the small and large blood vessels in the body (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation, chapter 9 on heart disease). Stress, over-stimulation, and dehydration can have a similar effect. The subsequent thickening of the BM and connective tissues makes it increasingly difficult for the basic nutrients, including vitamins, to reach the cells. If trans-fatty acids are consumed, as contained in most processed and refined fats, oils and fast foods, cell membranes become thick and congested, thereby preventing nutrients from reaching the cell interior. All this greatly increases the amount of metabolic waste and toxins in the body, overtaxes the liver, and causes the growth of gallstones. The gallstones inhibit the flow of bile, which subdues AGNI, the digestive power and increasingly hinders the assimilation of nutrients, including fats. When fats are no longer properly digested, the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K, which are normally stored in the liver, become deficient. This problem becomes exacerbated by eating low fat foods (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation, chapter 14).

If vitamin A becomes deficient, for example, the epithelial cells, which form an essential part of all the organs, blood vessels, lymph vessels, etc., in the body, become damaged. This can literally cause any kind of disease. Vitamin A is also necessary to maintain the cornea of the eye, allow for eyesight in dim light, and reduce the severity of microbial infection. Vitamin A is only absorbed from the small intestines properly when fat absorption is normal. Fat absorption cannot be normal as long as gallstones obstruct the bile flow in the liver and gallbladder. It is, therefore, very sensible to remove the gallstones and cleanse the digestive system so that the vitamins contained in food you eat can actually reach the cells in your body.

Taking extra vitamins can be harmful if the body is unable to make use of them and is given the additional burden of having to break them down or try eliminating them from the system. Because vitamins are strong acids, an overload can lead to vitamin poisoning (vitaminosis) and thus damage the kidneys, and actually cause the same symptoms that accompany a vitamin deficiency. Instead of filling the body up with large doses of vitamins it cannot even process properly, it would be more healthful and efficient to cleanse the body from accumulated toxins, stored proteins in the blood vessel walls, and impeding gallstones from the liver. Although taking mega doses of vitamins may temporarily increase the pressure of diffusion of these nutrients for a short time and quickly relieve symptoms, the “benefits” are often short-lived. If digestive functions are impaired, taking extra vitamins may actually endanger your health.

Team work

Contrary to popular belief, vitamins do not have isolated functions, but are work as a “team” in the body. If taken in supplemental form, versus from food, may be counter productive as excess of one vitamin can have a suppressing effect on another. When isolated and extracted from foods, vitamins arouse your nervous system should you take them. Feeling stimulated, and therefore energized, you naturally assume these vitamins must be doing you good. But stimulants never give you extra energy, they force the body to spend and give up energy.

The best source of healthy vitamins is fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, etc. Fruits and vegetables also contain important health-essential nutrients known as phytochemicals -nature’s food coloring agents. They are what gives them their color. To obtain vitamin D, the best and cheapest source is sunlight. B12 is produced from microbes living in your mouth and gut.

Microwave Containers are Leaching Toxins into Food at Alarming Rates

Microwaving food inside containers made of plastic, cellophane, cardboard and styrofoam may leach toxins into the food and increases the levels of carcinogens being consumed. Since most containers do not visibly melt or get hot, consumers have the false notion that the synthetic boxes and wrappers are not releasing toxins, but new research shows they are, and at levels that are alarming.

Consumers are guaranteeing a triple dose of poison when they buy processed food (which contains synthetic ingredients), “nuke” them in a microwave, and then consume the radiated chemicals and vapors from the packaging.

The FDA claims that if it’s labeled microwave safe, then it’s fine, but there are several major gray areas being exploited. The FDA also says that microwave-safe plastic wrap should never directly touch the food. The labels on many plastic wraps recommend a one inch space between the plastic and the food, but it’s all locked in the oven with your food anyway.

For starters, chemical migration from packaging material to a food does not require direct contact. Excessive heat applied to the container drives off the chemical gases from the container. It is now proven that chemicals like BPA, Bisphenol-A, seep out of the container and affect humans, causing hormonal imbalances, lowered sperm count, and various other forms of cancer.

Watch out for rubber lids and their containers. Also put on the caution list freezer bags which can emit phthalates and BPA. The amount of toxins released from the synthetic depends on how long you freeze or cook them for, and also the strength of each particular microwave oven.

Meat trays, foam containers, coated cardboard, and most soup and noodle cups top the danger list. It is very common to cover a plate of food with Saran wrap. These “methods” are not safe at all.

The FDA claims that leached substances pose no threat to a person’s health. They say to use containers and materials that are specifically labeled as microwave-safe, but not to microwave margarine tubs and carryout containers from restaurants.

That brings us to research the difference between margarine tubs and all other plastic containers. Some plastics marked with recycle codes 3 or 7 can actually be made with BPA. Yogurt, butter, margarine, cottage cheese, sour cream, and many more similar foods are all sold in plastic containers, many of which are made from Polypropylene (plastic # 5), one of the least-recyclable plastics. Most city recycling centers won’t even accept it!

How can the FDA allow toxic chemicals in food containers that are not recyclable? Understanding this is important to realizing the true betrayal we face with the FDA. In other words, it is not acceptable to incur the expense of sorting, collecting, cleaning and reprocessing containers, but it is acceptable that we treat millions of Americans with chemotherapy after “eating” cancer.

Radiation is the result of nuclear decay. In simplest terms, a microwave oven decays the molecular structure of the food and packaging by using radiation. Had the manufacturers named them radiation ovens, it’s very doubtful they would be popular today.

Solution: Get rid of the microwave oven right now, and just deal with cleaning your own safe pot or stainless steel pan. Then drastically reduce your use of plastic. Look for natural alternatives like textiles, solid wood, bamboo, and glass.

Maui Residents Craft Legislation to Ban Geo-Engineering ‘Chemtrails’

The mainstream news media has been quietly releasing an increasing number of stories these days that openly admit the existence of geo-engineering programs, including accounts of various chemical and particle release programs similar to the “chemtrail” operations that those dubbed as conspiracy theorists have been warning the public about for years.

Consider this recent report in Scientific American, for instance, which speaks openly about plans in the UK for an advanced new device that will pump toxins in the atmosphere to promote atmospheric “cooling.” The article references how the new design is much more efficient and less expensive than “launch[ing] thousands of high-altitude aircraft” to do the same task.

There is a plethora of additional information and reports out there as well that confirm the existence of geo-engineering and chemtrail programs, many of which have been shown to already be in use, not to mention thousands of eyewitness reports and independent particle tests.

So in response, Michael J. Murphy, co-producer of the documentary What in the World Are They Spraying?, and a large and growing group of concerned citizens in Maui, Hawaii, have created a county ordinance by which they hope to put an end to this environmental terrorism.

In a recent press release, Murphy explains that he and his team, with the help of a growing base of concerned citizens, are working to pass The Clean Sky Ordinance, a law that will ban any and all geo-engineering and chemtrail programs from taking place in the skies above Maui County.

The ordinance, which is currently being sponsored by several public officials and council members in the area, prohibits the release of aerosols and other particulates into the atmosphere without informed consent from the people of Maui County.

Patrick Timpone: Wow! I really enjoyed your book because I have done plenty of these myself and you really laid it out in a very clean and efficient and neat way. Tell the folks why it is important to clean the liver and the gallbladder

Andreas Moritz: Well, the liver is really one of the most important organs in the body. It is a factory, it produces an enormous number of just some substances including cholesterol which is a stress hormone,  and it is a healing hormone and it is an ingredient for most hormones in the body and also the half of the brain and even part of the heart and so the body has to make it, and uses it in order to manufacture bile, the bile is necessary to digest your food, if you do not make enough bile normally… your body has to produce a quart and a half of bile per day in order to successfully, properly breakdown the foods into nutrients which are then absorbed into the blood stream and nourish and nurture your self and the body. Now when you do not make enough bile then that poses a huge problem for the body because bile is also responsible for activating digestive enzymes from the pancreas and if you do not make enough bile you are not able to use those enzymes to digest your food well.

Patrick Timpone: And what activities decrease bile flow?

Andreas Moritz: Anything from anger, stress, from eating inappropriate foods that are not physiological, that means these are foods that were never meant to be grown by nature they are man made foods, artificially produced foods or artificially sustained foods that contain a lot of preservatives, then the can of beverages that we call drinks or beverages….

Patrick Timpone: Yeah

Andreas Moritz: …that people drink all the time, like soft drinks, produce a lot of stones

Patrick Timpone: Back to the liver… also then these foods that aren’t physiologically natural, they are the producers of the stones, and the stones block the pathway for the bile?

Andreas Moritz: Correct. It is a massive network of bile ducts in the liver. It is almost like a massive tree and it has branches and smaller branches and smaller branches and a big trunk the big trunk is the common bile duct that comes out of the liver and so the bilary tree, so to say, can get clogged up very easily by what John Hopkins University calls intra-hepatic gallstones and these stones they are very soft they are made of mostly of cholesterol, most of them look green, like peas, they have almost the shape of peas and they are soft to the touch, so they are putty like if you squeeze them when they come out, but these stones are very obstructive so they block the bile flow and that means they also block the exit for the liver to eliminate toxins and noxious substances, so if the liver is unable to remove the toxin form the blood stream because the bile ducts are blocked up, these toxins, they are backing up in the blood and then they enter the connective tissue, which is the soft tissue that makes up all the organs and system in the body, so when you do not eliminate those toxins properly they start accumulating there and they basically suffocate the environment of the cells and the cells can no longer get enough oxygen, you mentioned oxygen, it is vital for the functioning of the cells and the cells do not get enough oxygen they eventually have to mutate into a different style of functioning which we call cancer or malignance then that is a really an end stage of the body trying to safeguard itself…. protect itself.

Patrick Timpone: So then the liver has an amazing job it is I guess it is correct to say it is the largest organ in the body other than the skin…

Andreas Moritz: Physically it is the most dense and it is a soft  organ it is mostly filled with blood and so in fact the liver itself is liver cells are completely surrounded by blood, particularly when you sleep

Patrick  Timpone: And I can… we say then with the onslaught of different chemicals in the air, in the food, in the water, plastics and whatever that the liver in the 21st century must really be on its on top of its game, so to speak…

Andreas Moritz: Absolutely

Patrick Timpone: So then these stones would be very, very detrimental to our health…

Andreas Moritz: To, I mean, to the cells functioning… that means, we have sixty to eight trillion cells in our body and all of them totally depend on how the liver functions.

Patrick Timpone: Wow!

Andreas Moritz: And there is not a single function in the body that does not depend on the liver, that is why you can develop a huge number of illnesses from digestive disorders to simple appetite problems, ulcers in the stomach, nauseas feeling, vomiting, depression, impotence, hernia, flatulence, difficulty in breathing because if the liver bile ducts get congested the liver becomes large and presses against the diaphragm and you cannot get any deep breaths in any more, and once you have diminished oxygenation of the cells because of that, then that again makes you more prone to develop cancer and other illnesses, people’s infections that people have, it is again related to their liver, high cholesterol obviously, because the liver makes cholesterol and the blood vessel walls in the liver are getting congested because of bile duct blockage, then your body can no longer retrieve enough cholesterol, the liver can no longer retrieve enough cholesterol form the blood stream, and it starts building up in the blood stream and then people have high cholesterol. Heart disease is very much related to the liver, most brain disorders, pancreatitis is definitely related to the liver, anything that is related to circulation and that includes virtually every part of the body, Alzheimer’s disease, cancers, kidney diseases, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoporosis, knee problems, shoulder problems, joint problems, gout…

Patrick Timpone: It is amazing,  that is amazing!

Andreas Moritz: Literally not a single disease that is not directly related to bile duct congestion…

Patrick Timpone: That is amazing, and if you have just joined us, Andreas Moritz, sorry to interrupt you, Sir, but we have come to a break. If you just joined us, Andreas Moritz said that the way these stones get formed in the bile ducts is from inappropriate food, essentially the standard American diet we are sorry to say, in most cases, and is it any wonder that there is so much illness in our country if what he said is correct and there are many, many books and experts and people in the filed all over the world who concur with Mr. Moritz and Sir, if you hang in there we are going to break for the news my name is Patrick Timpone and back in a flash…

…Andreas Moritz, we are going to take the calls in a second but you have laid out a very interesting paradigm – how important  it is to keep the liver and gallbladder clean because of the inappropriate foods that many of us eat and the culture eats and the preservatives, chemicals I would assume… does that also include many of the grains and starches that are over-consumed in your opinion?

Andreas Moritz: Certainly, many of the refined foods, they are no longer usable by the body so the body has to just find ways to discard them and in discarding them that means decomposing them or fermenting them or putrefying them, those kinds of food that are not useful for the body and therefore remain undigested. When the body is decomposing it, it engages bacteria to do the job, the dirty job, for them, and so the toxin and poisons that are generated as part of any fermentation process will be absorbed into the lymphatic vessels they are know as the cisterna chyli vessels around the belly button area, right in the middle part of the abdomen, and these vessels they become swollen, they become endemic as they try to accommodate and surround those poisons with fluid… with lymphatic fluid… and so that part of the body starts to extend to becomes enlarged and that is the typical belly tummy that people complain about when they first start putting on weight and gradually the lymphatic congestion progresses to other parts of the body – the thoracic duct that runs right form the belly button area all the way up to the throat and that is where it joins it bends to the left and joins the blood stream, so when the body is unable to remove or gets exposed to so many foods that are fermented or putrefied like cadaver-type foods, animal flesh foods, then the body will have to succumb to these poisons somewhere down the line and wherever these poisons accumulate more than in another places, and the lymphatic congestion progresses to the point the body cannot even get rid of its metabolic waste products like lactic acid, uric acid, urea, ammonia, it is like urine trapped in the surrounding in the environment of the cells then that acidic material will start to cause destruction of the cells. And so wherever that happens, first you will have a symptom you go to the doctor he says well you suffer from this illness and he gives you, basically puts on line for receiving drugs or something else that will suppress those very same symptoms which is nothing but a survival mechanism in the body.

Patrick Timpone: Yes

Andreas Moritz: It is a healing response, the body is desperately trying to go back to balance and so the disease, what we call disease, is the way for the body to do that; inflammation for example is a healing response… we call it an illness.

Rocco: Hello Patrick, how are you doing by you

Patrick Timpone: Oh good, I am good, how is it by you?

Rocco: I am doing alright I was wondering if your guest has any knowledge he can pass along about the rejuvenation of the  pancreas or how that is related to diabetes, I have been diagnosed with diabetes and I am wondering if you can put it as a disease and if he knows anything about this…

Patrick Timpone: Oh Rocco,  could you hold on one sec?

Rocco: Sure

Patrick Timpone: You want to try him on that other thing, Chris? Why do not you try it on that? Ok, Rocco, are you there?

Rocco: Yeah okay this is better can you hear him, Andreas, now?

Andreas Moritz: Yeah

Patrick Timpone: Okay go ahead, and so you are looking for some way to rejuvenate the cells of the pancreas, you got diabetes for a while?

Rocco: Yeah

Andreas Moritz: Are you having type 1 or type 2?

Rocco: Type 2. I was diagnosed about three years ago and I was able to control it with diet and exercise for a couple for years, but now they have me on a drug called Metformin and I am talking about a thousand milligrams of that a day and of course I’d rather not and I was wondering if you had any insight?

Andreas Moritz: Okay, the pancreas very much depends on the liver again because when your liver is producing bile, and it is basically passed into the gallbladder and whenever you eat a meal that requires bile for secretion and fat is the trigger for bile to digest carbohydrates, your body has to have fat in order to digest those carbohydrates and if you have protein in your diet, your body has to have fat in order to digest the protein, so in order to digest the fat, your body has to have bile secretion, now when you do not make enough bile anymore, and there is not enough bile to… sufficient enough bile, to activate digestive enzymes that come out of your pancreas then may of these unactivated digestive enzymes will remain or go back, backwash into the into the pancreas through the pancreatic duct, and when that happens your cells become inflamed, the cells of the pancreas become inflamed and become what they are called pancreatitis in fact they start getting destroyed; you can destroy the cells of the pancreas that are responsible for producing insulin. So the liver plays a huge role in this respect. The other problem that usually arises with diabetes  is that people over the years, they eat far too much protein, to process a steak for example,  a medium steak, your body has to come up with the amount of insulin that is required for about half a pound of white sugar to completely remove all the proteins and to process the proteins  in the body and so that can cause insulin resistance eventually, because too much insulin is causing cancer in the body, so the body will try to reduce the insulin production in some way or another and as your insulin production is curbed, then obviously your sugar will rise in the blood stream and you have diabetes.

Patrick Timpone: Andreas, do you think that everybody is so unique, and we have to end this and get into a break, but Andreas everybody is so unique the blood type and metabolic type and body type and diet type and what we think and believe, but do you think we work as a species in general made to eat any kind of flesh from the animals that swim and fly and two-legged and four-legged.

Andreas Moritz: Very difficult, you can only on average digest about one fifth of the amount of the meat that a carnivorous animal like a cat could digest simply because we have only very, very small and very low concentrated hydrochloric acid in our stomach. So if you eat a steak you can only digest up to ten, fifteen, twenty percent of it, what do you do with the rest of it? Now that has to be putrefied, that has to be decomposed, and when you do that, when you decompose flesh food, you produce amines and amines are carcinogens and cadaverine and some putrescine which are the small severe poisons that a human body can process and that is a source of so many illnesses and diabetes is definitely one of them,

Patrick Timpone: Interesting. All right, it is forty nine after the hour, his name is Andreas Moritz and my name is Patrick Timpone and we are having a good conversation, hope you enjoying it we will be here till eight o’clock, he has written these books “THE AMAZING LIVER AND GALL BLADDER FLUSH“, “CANCER IS NOT A DISEASE” and “TIMELESS SECRETS OF HEALTH AND REJUVENATION“………..  We are with Andreas Moritz he is an Integrative medicine man, Ayurvedic  medication really, he has been doing some great work for thirty years, right after the news at seven o’clock we are going to dive in to just give you the basic structure of how to do a liver and gallbladder flush because I know he has probably fascinated you in the last 45 minutes with the importance of this in 21st century and how critical it is that the liver is functioning at a 100 percent and how much of a challenge that is in the environment we live in, but there are always ways, there is always a way to take care of ourselves as we say on this show, there is always a way. Andreas, you say that cancer is not a disease. We only have a couple minutes here before the top of the break because we ran a long last segment. What is your opinion or what are the major causes of all these different cancers we see?

Andreas Moritz: Oh there are so many, there are causes such as lack of sunlight exposure, we now know that sixty seven percent of all cancers can be reversed according to the latest studies, simply by exposing a person to sunlight now you would not have such a high significant…

Patrick Timpone: Wow

Andreas Moritz: …growth if you had any number of chemotherapy radiation or surgery treatment.

Patrick Timpone: Now repeat that, repeat what you just said about sixty seven percent of cancer could actually be reversed by what?

Andreas Moritz: Sunlight.

Patrick Timpone: That is amazing !

Andreas Moritz: Sunlight induces the triggers, the release, of vitamin D, Vitamin D is actually not a vitamin, it is a hormone that the body is producing and if you make very little, if you have very little exposure to sunlight, you make so little vitamin D that your immune system is so depleted and weak that it cannot defend itself or balance itself. The body is not able to remove toxins waste products, carcinogens, harmful substances from that, otherwise it can trigger cancer.

Patrick Timpone: My goodness, so you mean, it would lead to that, with the life style that so many of us lead, getting up and going to work climbing in the car, doing eight hours, coming home…

Andreas Moritz: That is protected against

Patrick Timpone: yeah

Andreas Moritz: ..the sun. there is no plant that grows without proper sunlight. The body does not grow, every person has to grow. You turn over thirty billion cells per day that means you have to grow thirty billion new cells, now if you do not get the adequate amount of sunlight and sun exposure and trigger the release of enough of the vitamin D in your body, then your body cannot grow. Vitamin D is responsible for bone growth, for bone health, people’s osteoporosis, they need to be out in the sun otherwise there is no way they get stronger.

Patrick Timpone: That is amazing. Alright we are going to take a break here …………… okay we are going to flush out our liver and gall bladder, now this great stuff this is … that is amazing really, man, we get to do whatever we want, this is really, really good great stuff “THE AMAZING LIVER AND GALLBLADDER FLUSH” is just one of the books that our guest Andreas Moritz has written. Andreas Moritz, for those of you who just joined us, Andreas painted a very, very interesting picture the first hour about how critically important this large organ, the liver, is to virtually every disease and every means of staying healthy in this world. It is just huge and he told us how by eating physiological foods that are just not natural and good for us, the chemicals and preservative and too much meat and the hydrochloric acid and all kinds of standard American diet kinds of foods and fried foods and processed foods and packaged foods and boxed foods that so much of America eats that causes the stones in the, actually, bile ducts of the liver and then the bile cannot flow, and then it just goes downhill from there, it is all keyed in with digestion. So over the years you developed, Andreas Moritz, a different program and there are lots of programs one can get on the internet and we have had people on the show like Annie Jubb who we interviewed last night on one radio network show at seven o’clock and is the basic idea with yours as similar to many where one takes a generous amount of olive oil to get these stones out?

Andreas Moritz: Yes, that is correct, there has to be a good amount of preparation before you start off.

Patrick Timpone: Is it, what kind of things do we have to do before we dive in, so to speak?

Andreas Moritz: Yeah you want to prepare soundly as possible, for example in my system it was to drink some malic acid to loosen, or apple juice, a fair amount of apple juice for about six days, that means you drink about a liter, that is more than a quart of that juice throughout the day to soften up the stones. Use malic acid from apple juice or apple cider vinegar or cranberry juice or the malic acid itself to soften up the stones so that you get the maximum amounts possible, or to liquefy them, make them so soft and so mushy, that they come out very easily in a large quantity and when you do the actual flush you prepare by using some Epsom salts to keep the bile duct relaxed so that when the stones come out they just will literally, just moving down the pipe, and without any problem. I personally had forty gallstone attacks before I did my first liver flush and I never had a gallstone attack after my first liver flush.

Patrick Timpone: And you had a great success with getting many stones out?

Andreas Moritz:  I passed about three and a half thousand stones.

Patrick Timpone: Three and a half thousand stones!

Andreas Moritz: Yes. I had first stones when I was six years old.

Patrick Timpone: My god!

Andreas Moritz: And I used to faint, I had tremendous amount of pain in my body, especially right shoulder problems, neck problems, joint problems, arthritic conditions…

Patrick Timpone: Yeah

Andreas Moritz: And they all vanished completely, once my liver was completely clean, and the secret here is that you do not want to just do one flush or two or three, you want to flush until all the stones are gone…

Patrick Timpone: How often? You do that?

Andreas Moritz: yes

Patrick Timpone: How often you do the flush?

Andreas Moritz: Until all the stones gone.

Patrick Timpone: I mean like you do it once a week or once a month?

Andreas Moritz: You can do it once a month comfortably and it is done over a weekend, you take let’s say, on a Saturday you do the actual flush which starts at around six o’clock in the afternoon, in the evening, when you drink some Epsom salts and at eight o clock you drink some more Epsom salts and then at ten o’clock you take the oil mixture which would be olive oil and some lemon juice or orange juice or grape fruit juice and once you have drank that lie down immediately, and already that will be enough to trigger the gall bladder and squeeze out a lot of bile, so all the bile is starting to come out of the liver and the gall bladder at that time and brings along with it the stones that were trapped in the common bile duct and in the gall bladder.

Patrick Timpone: And then on an average, just a general idea, I am sure it depends on the individual, but how many stones come out at one flush?

Andreas Moritz: In my case usually there were between three hundred to five hundred stones there were some individuals that passed thousand stones in one sitting but mostly people pass between one-two hundred to five hundred stones.

Patrick Timpone: And how big are these stones?

Andreas Moritz: They can be anything from pinheads to pea size and chickpea size and almond size and even larger. My wife passed a calcified stone from the gall bladder, believe it or not that was two and a half inches!

Patrick Timpone: Two and a half inches!

Andreas Moritz: That was an enormous thing…

Patrick Timpone: So some of them are very, very old, so they get hard.

Andreas Moritz: Well, these are the ones that are found only in the gallbladder and these are the ones that when you go to an ultra sound…

Patrick Timpone: yes…

Andreas Moritz: …get an ultra sound done, you can see them, you cannot see the other ones… you cannot see the green ones, the intra-hepatic gallstones that John Hopkins University has a diagram on their website, you cannot see them because they are made of bile and bile is invisible to ultra sound.

Patrick Timpone: I see, so some of these stones are calcified so the doctors, the traditional conventional medicine people can see them.

Andreas Moritz: Right

Patrick Timpone: But there other ones are actually

Andreas Moritz: …invisible

Patrick Timpone: they are bile, but they are still problematic because they are blocking the…

Andreas Moritz: …hard bile, they are hardened bile…

Patrick Timpone: …hardened bile

Andreas Moritz: They are clots of bile, it is like blood clots, so it is like blood, you know that it is liquid normally but if it becomes hard it is a clot and you know what blood clots can do, they can cause strokes and heart attacks and they can do something similar to the liver they can congest the liver so much that the liver becomes actually fatty, it can no longer get rid of the cholesterol that it uses to make bile, which in the bile gets stuck, and it is building up and it is starting to penetrate the tissues of the liver and the liver becomes fatty and the liver eventually can go down to thirty six percent of its capacity where…

Patrick Timpone: My goodness!

Andreas Moritz: …you still do not find anything wrong with the liver, all the blood tests will give you a clean bill of health, and you are basically one percent down that is eighty five percent capacity your liver is dead.

Patrick Timpone: So is there a difference between flushing the liver and the gallbladder or is this all done in the same time?

Andreas Moritz: In the same time

Patrick Timpone: And they both have bile ducts they are stones or just the gall bladder ?

Andreas Moritz: The gallbladder has stones, just the same kinds of the stones as the liver, but it can also have the calcified gallstones which only appear in the gallbladder and never in the liver.

Patrick Timpone: I see. Oh, that is true, yeah, so that is pretty exciting. Is it uncomfortable, I am asking questions like I have never done it, folks, but I have done a lot of these, but I know these are the question you are asking, is it uncomfortable?

Andreas Moritz: No, absolutely not, you do not feel it until you pass the stones that literally end up in the toilet bowl. All you pass is water and stones the way the cleanse is designed, so you will literally see them floating in the toilet because these stones – the green ones or beige or whitish stones – they are the cholesterol stones they are made of cholesterol mostly and therefore they float, they are lighter than water so you can literally fish them out and you count them but it is very fascinating when people send me their pictures…

Patrick Timpone: I bet they do too

Andreas Moritz: Yeah

Patrick Timpone: I bet they do, I know my friend David Wolf this raw foodist, you tell me one day, you know, people send me pictures of the weirdest things that come out of their bodies when they start eating raw food and he said I do not know what they think I want these pictures for, but it  is so funny when he says that people send him pictures of all the stuff

Andreas Moritz: I have pictures form all over the world

Andreas Moritz: From Russia from china from India from everywhere

Patrick Timpone: isn’t that funny!

Patrick Timpone: let me ask you before the break because I am still fascinated about the sunlight, what you said about the sunlight is just amazing to me, that a huge percentage of cancers can actually be cured because of just getting under the sun and getting the vitamin D

Andreas Moritz: literally yeah

Patrick Timpone: my goodness!

Andreas Moritz: It is not just cancer as Johns Hopkins University the other day, they said if you are using sunlight you can prevent so many other illnesses. We now know that heart disease is reversible simply by exposing yourself to regular sunshine.

Patrick Timpone: well is there a lot less cancer in these kinds of things like in California and Florida where people get out more?

Andreas Moritz: no, people have less cancer the closer they are to the equator. There are studies out, American studies and Norwegian studies to actually show that if you have cancer, any kind of cancer, and if you are living in the northern part you are recovering much more slowly, and you have a higher incidence of cancer, you have the lowest incidence of cancer and multiple sclerosis and heart disease closer to the equator because people are exposed to more sunlight and you have the lowest skin cancer rate close to the equator, you have hardly any skin cancer in high altitudes where ultra radiation is the…

Patrick Timpone: that is fascinating!

Andreas Moritz: strongest. The people that have the most skin cancers are the people who do not get exposed to the sun, that live indoors, that use artificial lighting could be to work with, or indoor during the day even.

Patrick Timpone: That is fascinating. All right, we need to break here Andreas. Andreas Moritz. There are so many allergies to gluten, to this to that, so many different allergies, such a test you can take with blood and all that, why do we become allergic to some foods?

Andreas Moritz: Basically certain kinds of foods, they are again as I mentioned before, they are not really physiological so if there are ingredients in these kinds of foods that are added – like MSG or aspartame or artificial sweeteners or some preservative – then the body will react to those and so the immune system has a reaction to try to get rid of that which can eventually produce antibodies and then those kinds of foods, the whole food that the entire food, will be rejected and this way a lot of people are intolerant to those, many are also over exposed to chemicals they are not just part of the food but the pesticides in food…

Patrick Timpone: right

Andreas Moritz: …that are also airborne substances and emotional factors which should never be underestimated

Patrick Timpone: sure

Andreas Moritz: Many, many people that were eating, let’s say, certain things at the dinner table when they grow up and the parents were fighting over certain things and every time that person would then, later in life, would eat the same kind of food, he will have an allergic reaction basically through the memory of having eaten that food twenty years before

Patrick Timpone: sure

Andreas Moritz: and having been very unhappy during that time

Patrick Timpone: but now some of these tests that are out there, I do not know about their accuracy, but why would a person who is relatively healthy for example come back and say “well you should be allergic to almonds or oranges or broccoli or milk.” How that can be?

Andreas Moritz: well, again if generally food is not digested well, the food, it becomes very toxic and then the immune system will be engaged and trying to get rid of that undigested food

Patrick Timpone: these antibodies that it produces

Andreas Moritz: the body will react, if you have already developed problems with the bile duct of your liver then you will not be able to digest your food properly when the immune system will react to the…

Patrick Timpone: I see, so it is a digestion issue here for all these?

Andreas Moritz:  yeah

Patrick Timpone: pretty much

Andreas Moritz: ninety percent of the cases it is all purely digestive

Patrick Timpone: with allergic

Andreas Moritz: right yes

Patrick Timpone: allergic things

Andreas Moritz: and then the there are many, many other reasons why you can produce stones, these are simply you do not sleep well during the night time, the next day, you are not able to digest your food properly because your liver works between ten and two more than at any other time of the night and if you do not sleep during those four hours your liver will not be able to make bile to digest your food the next day

Patrick Timpone: very interesting

Andreas Moritz: so then you eat a big meal, most of it would remain undigested and your body has to react trying to get rid of the undigested food and when the body is constantly engaged in having to do that, then you will become intolerant to those kinds of foods and eventually develop severe allergies

Patrick Timpone: that is very fascinating. So folks, lot of the kids who take these allergy tests and they take a lot of prick tests and they stay off the foods and they go though this whole rigmarole but so you’re suggesting that if one can clean out their liver and the gallbladder, but why would a young child of fifteen or something, could they already be producing that?

Andreas Moritz: absolutely!

Patrick Timpone: really?

Andreas Moritz: yes

Patrick Timpone: really?

Andreas Moritz: actually a five year old Chinese girl and her seven year old sister do liver flushes and they passed a lot of stones

Patrick Timpone: at five years old?!

Andreas Moritz: They had so many allergies,

Patrick Timpone: my god

Andreas Moritz: asthma, and after they cleared the stones the asthma and the allergies completely disappeared. You can see in my own case, I had stones when I was six years old. And my mother had hepatitis three times before I was even born and so my liver was not very strong to begin with. The kinds of foods that people eat and they think they are healthy, just give a kid milk, cow’s milk to drink, it will produce a lot of stones…

Patrick Timpone: yes

Andreas Moritz: …in the liver and it is now known to cause diabetes. So if it can cause diabetes what else can it do?

Andreas Moritz: oh absolutely and sleep, I mentioned sleep. One of the most powerful things recent research showed that nurses have a fifty times, fifty times, higher cancer rate because they are not getting enough sleep and they are not producing enough melatonin. When melatonin gets secreted around nine thirty and it peaks at midnight one o’clock and if you do not sleep during that time then you will become melatonin deficient and melatonin deficiency is now related with high risk of developing cancer, because melatonin controls a gene that controls the life cycles of cells so it tells the cells when to die and not to continue living and going on and on and on and on, which would mean they would develop into cancer cells, so the sleep is so important that just the other day again John Hopkins University came out with a piece of news proving that if you are not sleeping enough hours and that a typical American only sleeps only six to seven hours, so there is, actually five to seven hours and they were found to have a forty five percent higher heart attack rate. If you do not get enough sleep and you have a higher risk of developing strokes at a rate of sixty seven percent higher risk of developing a stroke because you are not sleeping enough. Now these are huge figures. Hypertension, for example, again in the body sudden change simply because you do not get enough sleep, if you added the sleep you would have a much less cancer risk, we know that much less heart disease much less diabetes we now know that diabetes, we know diabetes is very much related to sleep deprivation, not getting enough sleep, so it is virtually every kind of disease…

Patrick Timpone: what are some of your top reasons what causes sleeplessness in some?

Andreas Moritz: well it is not the sleeplessness, it is just people

Patrick Timpone: they are just going to bed late and waking up early.

Andreas Moritz: they go to bed every day at midnight they are missing out on the two hours before midnight sleep which is the most important time of the night, it is now known according to many research studies that it makes the immune system very weak. So gradually you become defenseless against the pathogens, the disease-causing germs.

Patrick Timpone: so getting into bed at ten is important

Andreas Moritz: oh it is absolutely vital and it used to keep people healthy, a hundred years ago only ten percent of the people had chronic illness. Today it is ninety percent of the people have chronic illness.

Patrick Timpone: ninety percent ?

Andreas Moritz: ninety percent.

Patrick Timpone: my god!

Andreas Moritz: so people develop chronic illness because they no longer live in harmony with the natural cycles, they have like chronic jet lag, it is as if they are travelling to Europe or to another country every single day and never recover from jet lag and that is basically out of touch with the circadian rhythm which controls plants, which controls animals, and it controls humans, and this, we are defying that as we live against the cycles of nature, then we obviously eventually get tired, we get fatigued, we get over fatigued, we go into a stress hormone response that after a while we can no longer relax, if you produce constantly adrenaline and noradrenaline and cholesterol and other stress hormones, your body will no longer be able to relax and be stress-free, it will constantly be agitated and nervous and anxious and that itself is not conducive to healing whatsoever, in fact, you cannot heal if you are under stress.

Patrick Timpone: all right it is seven forty two with Andreas Moritz, his website is ENER-CHI.com, look for their link on our site. And let’s go to Doug in downtown Austin. Doug, you got a question about gallbladder ?

Doug: yes I was diagnosed with, through ultra sound, with two gallstones that are too large to pass. And I am wondering how that would be affected by the flush which sounds very interesting.

Andreas Moritz: well, a lot of people including myself, I had a lot of calcified stones, in fact my gallbladder was completely packed full. So…

Patrick Timpone: wow

Andreas Moritz: …it is a difficult situation because you need some bile to actually expel stones but miraculously I did. Having had so many involuntary gall stone attacks, these stones just started coming out on their own after eating some fat, any fatty food and they were triggered by that. Now in your situation if you have only two stones it is not a big problem if you do liver flushes eventually they will come out, sometimes people pass them right away with the first flush and others after six or seven flushes but eventually they do come out and they come out painlessly, there is… you do not notice… you see the calcified stones, they will sink to the bottom of the toilet so you will see them sort of sitting at the very bottom.

Patrick Timpone: Doug how is it that you know, Doug, that you had the stones?

Doug: well I had a tremendous number of instances, not recently, but I had seventy during the first three months of last year.

Patrick Timpone: seventy what?

Doug: gallstone attacks and then one was lasted several days so I went to the ER and they did an ultra sound and determined that these two are too large to go though the bile duct

Patrick Timpone: what did they want to do?

Doug: they were saying that the only thing that will work is surgery.

Patrick Timpone: surgery!

Andreas Moritz: that is not quite true that they can’t go though the bile duct, it is just under normal conditions they do not and they get stuck and they cause a gallstone attack, and that is what you and I have experienced many, many times. Now when you do a liver flush it is very different, what you do is actually you push an enormous amount of bile out of your liver and gallbladder, and bile is very oily and the oily bile is like, when you want to get rid of, push a, get a ring from your finger and it does not come off and you put some oil on it will start moving, and like that, if you have a lot of bile and the bile ducts are relaxed that means they are not contracting which happens of you have an involuntary release of gallstones, then they would basically make the bile duct very tight, and then the gallstone cannot got through, whereas during a liver flush it is exactly the opposite your bile ducts are extremely relaxed because of the Epsom salts that you take and also because of the triggering of a large amount of bile that just moves the stones along with the bile, and the bile is so oily there is nothing that can hold the stones somewhere in the common bile duct

Patrick Timpone: and you trigger the bile by taking about, what is it, five ounces or eight ounces of olive oil?

Andreas Moritz: four ounces

Patrick Timpone: four ounces?

Andreas Moritz:  ….of olive oil and a citrus fruit both of them are triggers for the gallbladder

Patrick Timpone: do you recommend taking enzymes with the oil so you do not get nauseous?

Andreas Moritz: no

Patrick Timpone: no?

Andreas Moritz: during that you want to keep it as simple as possible so that you literally just release stones without interfering with…

Patrick Timpone: you take the oil on an empty stomach or full?

Andreas Moritz: oh if you take it on a full stomach you will get violently nauseous.

Patrick Timpone: okay

Andreas Moritz: you will throw up.

Patrick Timpone: that I why some people, they recommend doing the enemas before

Andreas Moritz: yes and also…

Patrick Timpone: fasting that day maybe?

Andreas Moritz: you eat, you can eat until lunch time and then you do not eat anything after two o’clock and that make sure that the stomach is empty when you take the oil mixture.

Patrick Timpone: and you take the oil mixture at what time?

Andreas Moritz: ten o ‘clock in the evening

Patrick Timpone: now do you do that because  that is the liver gallbladder time in the Chinese medicine?

Andreas Moritz: that is when the liver starts working, that is when you have the maximum release of stones and that is why you do not want to do it later or too early.

Patrick Timpone: Doug let me ask you I am just interested, you are a regular listener to the show?

Doug: yes

Patrick Timpone: you are. Does this sound might sound kind of wild to you, huh? And kind of out there? Or not?

Doug: well no.

Patrick Timpone: no?

Doug: it sounds like something that I am interested in trying, it certainly sounds preferable to surgery.

Andreas Moritz: I had a ninety year old man, he, they wanted to take his gall bladder out and he said you are not going to get my gall bladder and so he did the liver flush and right with his first flush he passed out all his calcified stones.

Patrick Timpone: I’ll be darned!

Andreas Moritz: you definitely want to keep the gall bladder. It is not necessary to get it cut out because once you have the gall bladder removed, you end up having a lot of problems , the risk of cancer goes up you become more like a, to, you are going to accumulate a lot more weight and there is only a trickle of bile, like drops of bile, constantly leaking out of your liver instead of being collected by the gall bladder and being controlled in the release in order to digest your food so you will always develop major digestive problems more so than you may have now.

Andreas Moritz: Well the best foods are really they are of the vegetable origin. I eat a lot of, plenty of fresh, fresh vegetables, with some spices and some fats like olive oil or coconut oil or butter and some unrefined sea salt and eat them with some grain foods at lunch time and preceded by salad, yeah fresh salad with lettuce, cucumber, avocado, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and then some beans perhaps as well or some nuts and seeds, and so I love those kinds of foods and in the evening I have a vegetable soup with some toast with bread with butter on it, and that is all freshly done and in the morning I have some oatmeal, I never get bored with it

Patrick Timpone: Yeah, oatmeal, you got to have oatmeal.

Andreas Moritz: With rice milk or almond milk or Sens milk and some butter in it and some maple syrup or some agave syrup or salados sugar and it is delicious with some nuts in it. Mid morning I have some fruit and so I eat all those kinds of foods and it’s the typical Mediterranean types of foods. I have lived in Cyprus for fifteen years in the Mediterranean and I was amazed how healthy these people are in those villages eating exactly those types of food.

Patrick Timpone: So you do not indulge in any kind of flesh food at all?

Andreas Moritz: No, I stopped eating any kind of protein food since I was very ill and they gave me a year to live.

Patrick Timpone: And you get plenty of protein  ?

Andreas Moritz: You do not need to eat protein  in order to make protein why would nature not put protein in breast milk for the first sixteen months of a baby that triples its size in the first sixteen months? Why would nature only put 1.4 percent protein in it?

Hi, this is a question with regard to chemtrails and Nairoli, she is asking how the knowledge that I provide can be applied to chemtrails that have been sprayed on us almost on a day to day basis.

Now whenever you look up in the sky and you see these chemtrails these are not just water vapor or ice crystals that come out at such high altitudes when airplanes fly in the sky, these are chemicals that are being released from tanks within aircraft, often military aircraft that on purpose does spray those chemicals.

This is part of the weather control programs that the government is using throughout… governments throughout the world are… you can find these chemtrails in nearly in all developed countries or wealthy countries. You do not find them in places like Costa Rica where there is no military and you will not find chemtrails in very poor countries, in African nations for example. Now these chemtrails contain aluminum oxides, barium and many other chemicals that descend on us, they get on our skin, we inhale them and they get into the soil and into our drinking water, for example, Manchester which has a lot of pure water coming out from the streams in the rivers and the lakes, beautiful crystal clear lakes, and they are now polluted with aluminum oxide at a rate of several hundred percent more than admissible by the environmental protective agencies.

So the poisoning of the population with these chemicals in order to, according to their theory, in order to create artificial clouds that then would reflect sunlight so as to reduce the global warming, this intentional poisoning of the population is designed to reduce the population. It affects the reproductive systems, it creates estrogenic effects in people that is why, in heavily sprayed places like California, you go to schools and you find that most of the children are female, they are girls and boys are getting less and less, eventually there would be hardly any boys left because all those chemicals increase the estrogens and they have reduced the male hormones in the body. So a lot of things are happening in the skies.

There are ways to protect ourselves and obviously the best way is to keep the liver clean, make sure that any of those poisons, toxins that accumulate in the liver or in the tissues get removed by cleaning out the liver that allows the blood to be clean and to be able to pick up, take out, other toxins in the rest of the body and to excrete them from the system. Also it is good to keep the kidneys clean, so a kidney cleanse once every three, four, six, eight months will be sufficient to help from that end, and keeping the colon clean obviously because most toxins end up going through the large intestine.

Taking a foot bath with bentonite clay can take these toxins out of the system as well. There are Epsom salts that can be put in bath water, that also helps and there are other wonderful substances in nature that you find in foods, certain vitamins and minerals which are very helpful in cleansing these toxins out of the system, particularly those found in vegetables like broccoli and asparagus which is a great cleanser, and then of course other cruciferous vegetables like cabbages. Cabbages remove radiation toxins so I would highly recommend those. Green leafy vegetables are also very good. Try to get the organic forms of those vegetables as much as you can, because otherwise you just put new chemical toxins into the system, you want to eliminate them and organically grown foods are great cleansers in that respect. And, make sure you drink enough water that can flush out toxins pretty well as long as you do not drink more than two liters of water a day otherwise kidneys which are designed to take back a certain number of minerals and vitamins they will not be able to do that. So if you drink like three liters of water,  you may just flush out these minerals and vitamins which makes it more difficult for the body to function in a heath balanced way.

Hi, this is a question with regard to Sjögren’s disease or Sjögren’s syndrome, as it is  called.

It is considered to be an autoimmune disease and a disease where the body’s immune system is supposedly attacking itself and particularly in this case, the glands that are producing moisture for keeping the eyes moist or the salivary glands producing saliva and other glands that make sure the body does not dry out. The negative effects or side effects of this syndrome can be wide reaching, affecting the systemic organs in the body, and in my opinion, it is not an autoimmune disease where the body mistakenly attacks itself, but it is the body trying to attack the things that cause the shut down or the reduction of deficiencies of these moisture-producing glands. The body is not creating such an inflammatory response without a reason, and the medical model does not allow us to understand what those reasons are because they do not look for simple things like dietary problems or digestive problems which usually are rooted in the blockage of the bile ducts in the liver, and from my experience, this syndrome is very much related to bile duct congestion in the liver and the person who asked this question basically wanted to know whether liver flushes can have a positive impact on this developmental disease.

So, yes, absolutely. The main reason why the body is attacking its own tissues is because there are toxins accumulating in the glands and in the softer tissues, in the inter connective tissues, that are basically warranting or prompting a release, that the body’s immune system of targeting antibodies and macrophages, B cells, T cells and so on, which are involved in the inflammation response. So it is very important to sort of remove oneself from the symptomology of this and not see that as the disease itself but to go to a different place and ask the question: “Why does the body have to attack different parts of itself?” Basically the body is programmed to do that, it is finding whatever does not belong in the body what has to be neutralized, destroyed, attacked, removed… and the liver is the main organ that is supposed to do that and that means the liver is removing toxins, noxious substances, chemicals,  heavy metals, all kinds of chemicals from the environment, from the food, pesticides, all sorts of things that are not supposed to enter the body, but if the liver is overtaxed in its ability to keep the blood clean and healthy. then these toxins will start circulating in to the tissues where they will eventually saturate these tissues and incidentally the tear producing glands in the eyes for example, they are eliminative functions of the body, so why do we tear? Why do we create moisture? Well, to remove dust to remove all kind of things that should not penetrate into the tissues. So when the body produces mucus and has a discharge, like during a cold, that is a very, very prominent and important protective mechanism, the body liquefies things in order to remove them, so, if these glands that produce those liquids are disturbed or damaged and the body Is drying out, then these toxins can no longer leave the body and that result is further inflammatory response that are then mistaken for an illness.

So this particular syndrome which affects about four million Americans can be remedied more easily than people think they can, and I definitely recommend that everyone who has drying out of their glands that they take recourse to a series of liver flushes which will open the bile ducts, allow the liver once again to remove toxins form the bloodstream so that, they do not accumulate in such sensitive glands as the tear glands or other moisture producing lining of the intestines for example, and the salivary glands and so on, so it is very important to go to the root cause of this issue and not just doctor on the symptoms because that does not give us much of a clue where this issue is coming from.

Once again I do wholeheartedly recommend for those kinds of problems to do a series of liver flushes and make sure that the diet is appropriate, that you do not eat foods that have dehydrating effects or drinking beverages that dehydrate the body further, but to probably hydrate with water, sometimes putting a pinch of sea salt in the water to make sure that the body is holding on to some of the moisture and it is not just losing it. So having said that I hope this will satisfy your question.

It is important not to over hydrate the body

 Hi, this is a question with regards to cleansing the kidneys and the question is from a spouse who is asking on behalf of her husband and she says, “My husband has polycystic kidneys and he tries to drink three liters of water a day, however, I am also reading that lemon juice without sugar is good for the kidneys, helping with kidney stones. Can some of the water be reduced and replaced with lemon juice and perhaps some honey?”

The answer is first of all drinking too much can be just as harmful as drinking too little. The kidneys can take care of up to maybe a typically six to eight glasses of water…these are eight ounces… of water per day, unless the person exercises very vigorously and may need more, there are also fluctuations depending on the seasons, during the summer season, there is more perspiration, there is also more loss of fluid and that needs to be replenish more. But typically six to eight glasses a day, keeps the doctor away, in a way.

So it is important not to over water the system because it will dilute, it will basically make the kidneys remove too many minerals and vitamins that should be retained. The kidneys have the capacity, I remind you that the kidneys are very small organs, so they are capable of retaining and holding back and putting vitamins and minerals back into the circulation, but if you drink too much, then the kidneys can no longer do this properly and you will lose a lot more minerals and vitamins than you can replenish from the foods that you are eating.

So it is good to make sure that the urine stays colorful, that is does not completely look like water because then you may be drinking too much, but on the other hand, it should not turn dark yellow because that is how you know are not drinking enough. So that would be the best way of measuring, testing, whether you are drinking the right amounts. Make sure that there is some color, a yellowish color in the urine but do not allow it to go to dark yellow.

Otherwise I would not regulate the water intake by any other thing because once again there is a certain amount of toxins that the kidneys can get rid of,  you cannot wash out cysts simply by drinking more water. But,  you can dissolve kidney crystals and kidney stones and that is why I do recommend a kidney cleanse which is in my book ‘THE ‘AMAZING LIVER AND GALLBLADDER FLUSH‘ and you can find the kidney cleanse tea at places like ‘PRESENTMOMENT.COM’, they are located in Minneapolis and they are already… they are putting the right amount of ingredients in the tea, they are mixing it up properly and it is ready to go… to be brewed at home and you can drink that for twenty-one days, one cup each day and that helps to dissolve crystals and stones of any kind. And that is one of the best things you can do.

The other thing you mentioned: lemon. Lemon is also excellent to break down crystals and stones in the kidneys and even in the gall bladder. It is good for calcified stones. So what the amount of lemon is, of course, it should be higher than just a slice of lemon a day. Ideally one or two or if you can, even more lemons per day, that you juice them, you can dilute it if you like, a little bit, but the more concentrated it is, the more effective it will be for breaking down crystals and kidney stones, kidney sand.

You’d be better off not to add anything, including honey, but for the first morning drink I always recommend to drink a glass of warm water to help rehydrate the kidneys and then drinking another glass of warm water with the lemon and that can be where  you can add a whole lemon and a teaspoon of honey that would be fine but, then I would add another at least one or two lemons during the day that should be without any honey or sweetener, just on its own, as concentrated as possible, to dissolve the maximum amounts of crystals in a short time.

Asparagus Is another good food to take in large amounts during this time of helping to dissolve crystals, stones, impediments in the kidneys to allow the cysts to deflate and to be broken down. Again, cysts only develop only when there is obstruction, when there are impediments, when hormones no longer can regulate no more growth of cells, so congestion in the kidneys is best dealt with by removing crystals that have accumulated there and asparagus is a very potent crystal dissolver. And you can see the effect very quickly after eating asparagus, wait for an hour and then if you go and pass urine, you will find it becomes smelly already. So the asparagus enters the kidneys straight away after eating it, so it is very, very potent and a very powerful stone breaker. So I would then suggest he eats that on a day-to-day basis.

Apart from that, making sure not to eat animal proteins that can cause major kidney problems and cysts of any kind, not just in the kidneys, and to have more vegetarian food items,  also be careful with cheese and cow’s milk because they also contribute to these kinds of issues including prostate problems and urinary tract difficulties.

Why Do Young Children and Toddlers Get Cancer?

Why do young children and toddlers get cancer?

Hi, this is  a great question from Cindy and she is asking “Why do small children and toddlers get cancer?  I feel they are too young to have the type of stress you speak of.”

This relates to an article I have written on Facebook and basically the answer to that question is quite simple. Children at that age can experience serious stress, even the Centers for Disease Control and prevention have admitted that children can develop cancer because they have serious stress during early childhood or even before they are born. So it is very well-known that children can develop cancer because of serious stress levels.

Now stress alone does not tend to do it, it needs some other co-factors and I have written an article on this subject which you can find on my website entitled “Cancer Is Not a Disease”, and there is a section on Causes of Childhood Cancer. And overall, children can be exposed to severe toxicities, and that you can determine by doing blood tests on a newborn and newborns now have over two hundred fifty different chemicals, toxic chemicals in their blood stream that didn’t exist thirty, forty, fifty years ago.

So a newborn child is no longer a healthy child at least not in our hemisphere where hormones, pesticides, air pollutants, all those different things that the mother is ingesting or receiving while she is growing a baby in her womb is being exposed to. Food alone contains so many chemical components nowadays that they get stuck in the mothers body. It impacts the liver functions and the ability of the mother to detoxify the blood is becoming impaired which also means that she cannot keep the child toxin free as it is growing in her womb.

Now there are many other reasons that why a child can develop cancer early on, and one of the greatest reasons is vaccinations, and there are one hundred fifty-one scientific studies that have shown that if children are prevented to detoxify naturally by going through childhood illnesses which naturally create immunity to the disease, these children that have been immunized have a much, much, much higher risk of developing cancer later in life and sometimes quite early in life, like blood cancers, leukemia.

Now another reason why children are, can, become more prone to developing cancer is because they have not been breast fed and there are studies to show clearly that children that are not breast fed are more prone to developing cancer. There are certain vaccines which are administered like Hepatitis B vaccine given to children for no good reason, because this is a sexually transmitted disease or it comes from blood transfusions which children typically do not fall into that category, but Hepatitis B vaccine has serious consequences, it can cause death and many other serious immune deficiency… has immune deficiency effects that are detrimental to the growth for our cells in the body during that early time in their lives.

Now there can be certain kinds of foods that the child is exposed to that often trigger allergies that can create chronic inflammation in the child and chronic inflammation is always a precursor for cancers… such as milk products, if children are lactose intolerant, they get gas, they cry, and if the mother feeds even more of those formula foods to them, soon they will have a chronic inflammation in the gut which can then affect many parts of the body and create excessive amounts of white blood cells to combat that which can then overtax the bone marrow, healthy blood production, and leads to immature cells, immune cells, which then can show up as leukemia.

So, again there are many things that people usually are not aware of but can cause cancers in children. One of them is also the treatment of young children with antibiotics which impair or suppress the growing immune system, and that is antibiotics are very serious, have very serious effects, not just in adults but especially in young children. Then there are unnatural additives in drinking water, for example recently the CDC announced that young children, toddlers, should not be exposed to tap water that has added fluoride in it and because the fluoride, as they say, is a very strong poison that is added to drinking water, under the pretense that it helps with the teeth of children which has never been proven, in fact it’s quite the opposite, it can cause damage to teeth and fluoride is a carcinogen and can cause cancer and that is why now there is a great amount of caution at least to keep children away from tap water that had been polluted with fluoride.

There is another common reason that is not known by most people, and that is cutting or clamping the umbilical chord between the mother and child as soon as it is born instead of waiting for up to sixty minutes until the umbilical cord stops throbbing, which is very, very important because during those forty to fifty, sixty minutes of the blood exchange, that means the blood is constantly circulating between mother to child, back to the mother through the placenta where the blood is filtered, where all the toxins and waste products occur during the birthing process are eliminated, so that the blood of the child is completely clean, completely pure and it is well oxygenated. In fact the umbilical cord is clamped or cut right away which is now typical; so that the mother can be released from the hospital very quickly and there is a lot of, it is like making room for the next patient… there is a disadvantage to that. The child will only have about sixty percent or even less of the amount of oxygen in the blood when this clamping occurs too early.

So this leaves often very large number of toxic substances in the tissues of the baby which in turn can lead to inflammation and later on to cancerous growth.

Hi, this is a question from Rachel and she is wondering whether during breast feeding a three months young baby if it would be appropriate, okay, doing a liver a flush and she thinks that if it could help her health, then it could only be beneficial for her baby as well.

I have known a fair number of mothers who have done liver flushes very successfully while pregnant or during the nursing following the delivery, so I cannot give you the advice if you should do it or you should not do it, I can only tell you that many women have successfully eliminated a good number of stones and felt better for it, have made the pregnancy a lot easier and those women who are breast feeding, they found that in the end they were themselves feeling much better, and they did not see any detrimental effects for their babies.

So I can again just leave that with you, I cannot give you any medical advice, that is not my place, I can just tell you what other mothers have experienced and I personally agree with you, I do not see any reason why eliminating toxins and waste products and stones from the bile ducts of the liver could interfere with the health of the baby, in fact, it should improve it because having cleaner blood means much waste matter, less toxins making their way into the tissues of the baby. This is, in my opinion, a great method to further the health of the growing baby, and if you are nursing a baby that should also enhance the health and the balance of the different varied ingredients of breast milk for the growth of the baby.

Hi, this is a message from Matt and he is wondering if there is a special solution for the so called Pitta body types to prevent burning of their noses in the sun.

The Pitta body type is the most prone to get burned in the sun, so it is better to wear a hat so that you do not burn the nose, especially. If there is nose burning very easily, then that is usually because there are some acids that are not removed from the system properly.

I personally used to have the same problem before I cleaned out my liver and after my liver was capable of removing of any toxins and the metabolic waste products like lactic acid, uric acid, urea, ammonia and so on, then I stopped experiencing burning of my nose. so you can definitely make improvements in that regard but if you still burn your nose when you are in the sun, then I would suggest wearing a hat would be probably the best solution.

Otherwise there are a couple of oils that you can use, coconut oil, definitely is the probably the best, but it will not prevent you from burning your nose. So any kind of reddening in the body of the skin when you are exposed to the sun is a telltale sign that it is time for you to go in the shade. You still get benefit from UV radiation even if you are outside somewhere in the shade, you still get benefit from sun exposure indirectly, so, take advantage of that because Pitta types also need to produce vitamin D and even though they make vitamin D faster than other body types, its still a good idea to spend a considerable amount of time outdoors and take care of your diet and lifestyle so that you do not cause extra burning.

I found that when people’s bodies are really clear of toxins no matter even Pitta body types can spend time in the outdoors, directly in the sun without getting burned but, eventually they do develop resistance and the melanin producing cells will shed out or produce more melanin to protect the skin against damage.

Hi this is a question from Alonzo and he is asking in case you get toxicated eating shrimp, what you recommend?

And basically it is very simple: get activated charcoal. Activated charcoal has been shown to decrease the toxicity of any kind of poison preventing it from getting into the blood stream and entering the brain and the tissues. So this is a very, very fine powder… you can either take it as a powder or as a tablet. it is very black, it actually colors the stool black, so do not be surprised if you produce black stool after that.

The charcoal is very, very effective it has been given in hospitals to people who have been overdosing on medication or drugs and also for all kinds of other poisons because, basically what it does, it absorbs those toxins, the charcoal expands manifold, it absorbs those poisons and then takes them securely out of the system. The absorption takes place right away in the stomach, in the small intestine and in the large intestine, so it is one of the best things a person can do after ingesting any kind of poison – whether it is from food or directly from drugs – or any other kind of poisons that a person might swallow accidentally or on purpose.

There is another method that you can use and that is liquid bentonite… again it absorbs toxins, waste products, toxins, harmful poisons that otherwise could actually kill a person and it can prevent that from happening.

Once again, in case of any kind of poison, use charcoal as the first remedy. It is by far the most efficient scavenger of toxins and poisons and the second best would be the bentonite clay.

Disorders of the Skin

Nearly all skin diseases such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, have one factor in common: gallstones in the liver. Almost every person with a skin disease also has intestinal problems and impure blood, in particular. These are mainly caused by gallstones and the harmful effects they have on the body as a whole. Gallstones contribute to numerous problems throughout the body – particularly in the digestive, circulatory and urinary systems. In its attempt to eliminate what the colon, kidneys, lungs, liver and lymphatic system were unable to remove or detoxify, the skin becomes flooded and overburdened with acidic waste. Although it is the largest organ of elimination in the body, it eventually succumbs to the acid assault. The toxic material is first deposited in the connective tissue underneath the dermis. When this ‘waste depot’ is saturated, the skin begins to malfunction.

Excessive amounts of noxious substances, cell debris, microbes from different sources, such as gallstones, and various antigens from improperly digested foods congest the lymphatic system and inhibit proper lymph drainage from the various layers of the skin. The toxins and putrefying protein from damaged or destroyed skin cells attract microbes and become a source for constant irritation and inflammation of the skin. Skin cells begin to suffer malnutrition, which may greatly reduce their normal interval of turnover (about once every month). This may also cause extensive damage to skin nerves.

If the sebaceous glands, which pour their secretion, sebum, into the hair follicles, become nutrient deficient, hair growth becomes abnormal and, in particular, scalp hair may fall out. When melanin supply becomes deficient, the hair turns gray. Sebum deficiency also alters the healthy texture of the hair and makes it look dull and unattractive. On the skin, sebum acts as a bactericidal and fungicidal agent, preventing the invasion of microbes. It also prevents drying and cracking of the skin, especially when exposed to sunshine and hot, dry air.

Genetic predisposition towards developing baldness or any other skin disorders is not a major causative factor, as is often assumed. Healthy skin functions are restored and hair growth, particularly among women, is returned to normal once all gallstones are removed and the colon and kidneys/bladder are kept clean.
