It is a very comprehensive book, when you think of five hundred and fifty (550) large pages, oversized pages, then, that can be mind boggling, but the way the book is laid out it is very simple to navigate through it… to find any conditions or situations that you may have come into, to then trace it back to the root causes of that particular condition; and that is what this book is about, it is tracing every kind of possible health condition that you may be suffering from to what causes it, so, it is  a very, very practical book. I have devoted my life to figuring out what causes illness and I have never been satisfied with just getting rid of symptoms of illnesses, but dealing with root causes which is much more effective if you want to recover from something which has ailed you for a long, long time, and so, the “TIMELESS SECRETS OF HEALTH AND REJUVENATION“, as the title suggests, deals with timeless knowledge of what causes illnesses and what makes you healthy.

It is actually focusing more on what makes you healthy and then naturally you will become, you get rid of illnesses along the way, because if the focus is on the disease then you might be tempted to suppress an illness, try to get rid of it, which also stops the body from healing it.

So suppressing symptoms of illnesses is one of the worst thing you can do for the body, but focusing on restoring health, doing the things that would make you healthy to begin with, and many people have forgotten how to live a healthy life… for example, many people, they miss out on sleep, we now know that the two hours before midnight, sleeping during that time is vitally important to keep the immune system healthy and strong and to produce enough melatonin which is regulating the thyroid gland and if the thyroid gland is not regulated properly because of lack of melatonin, then this can cause hormonal imbalances which can cause an entire range of illness ranging from diabetes to heart conditions and cancers. So it is a very, very simple thing to know the importance of sleep, of proper sleep or timely sleep.

There are things like sunshine, what does sunshine do to the human body? Well, one of the things it does is to secrete or to induce the secretion of vitamin D which is not a vitamin after all, it is a steroid hormone which the body uses to regulate thousands and thousands of genes, and if you have a deficiency in vitamin D, you can expect multiple infections, processes in the body going wrong that otherwise would not be disturbed, and so, knowing that it is important to get adequate sun exposure to get your vitamin D levels normal, and that will make sure that the body can stay healthy.

There is very clear evidence that almost every kind of chronic illness is related to low vitamin D levels in the body. So when people take recourse to sunscreens to ward off ultra violet radiation. then they are doing themselves a disservice because they are preventing the body from producing vitamin D, and there are lot of myths out there that sunshine causes skin cancer, but that was a myth as I said, it has never been proved, in fact, quite the opposite, it shows that sunshine prevents skin cancers.

So there is a lot of information in the book. There are thousands of bits and pieces of information like that, that people can learn from and then take care of their own health without having to take recourse to medication, surgery or other forms of medical intervention.
