Lemons can heal the effects of consuming trans fats

Hi, this is a question from Jacqueline, and it is about trans fatty acids or trans fats. The question is, “In the past I have eaten so many of those trans fatty foods like as found in Mac and cheese, box pasta, commercial potato salad and so on, and I was wondering if beyond what you have written in “THE TIMELESS SECRETS OF HEALTH AND REJUVENATION” and in “THE AMAZING LIVER AND GALL BLADDER FLUSH” if there is anything else that can be done to remove the buildup of harmful trans fatty acids in the body.”

I can tell you a very simple recipe for that, use the juice of one or two fresh lemons a day and you can do that as long as you feel you want to do this, but it definitely helps to break own deposits of these fatty acids, particularly in the cell membranes and also in connective tissues around the body. So lemon has been known to for a long-long time for its very, very highly cleansing effects and breaking down fatty substances like these trans fats. That is why they are used in cleaning materials, many common cleaning materials have fresh lemon in them, and not synthetically produced lemon, actually fresh lemon, because it is more far more efficient in breaking down these chains of fatty acids… and allowing them to be broken down so that they can dissolve or be removed, and so cleaning materials are like that, they can be applied to the body as well as internally, so ingesting the juice, as concentrated as you can, will not just clean up fatty acids, but also break down calcifications as they can occur in the gallbladder in the kidneys, bladder and also in the chest, in the breast tissue.

So I wish you a beautiful day, have your lemons, they are your best friends with that regard, and enjoy.
