Which dairy products are safe to consume ?

This is a question about dairy and the only dairy product that I do recommend is unsalted butter and cream, and the question relates to a list that is in my book “TIMELESS SECRETS OF HEALTH AND REJUVENATION” which says to avoid all commercially produced dairy produced except unsalted butter and cream. The reader continuing to ask “But in your e-site there is an article regarding coconut oil and raw butter you mentioned that pasteurization destroys the good bacteria and active enzymes reduces vitamin content in the natures fragile milk proteins,” and she is asking “I wish to know whether pasteurization organic butter is bad for the body and if I can continue consuming it?”

There is obviously a great advantage having purely organically made available butter or cream Vs pasteurized and treated butter and cream because of the aforesaid reasons, however, sometimes it is not very practical living in big cities… not being close to a farm where you can get fresh butter… then you do not have any other choice, and butter has far too many advantages than just to dismiss it all together.

I personally, if I can, try to get butter that is not pasteurized, however, again, it is often very impractical and I do eat pasteurization butter. The good thing is that butter is mostly fat and the fats themselves are not damaged through the quick heating process. It is far too short to cause significant damage to it. I personally have found no harm done  by eating pasteurized unsalted butter, however, I if I could, I would eat untreated butter. I would prefer that and it tastes better. So I cannot tell you that it is very damaging. It is something that you would have to decide for yourself. Trust your instinct on it and enjoy it which often will make it easier to digest it, than if you are afraid of it, then it can cause you actually more harm than the food itself.
